Registration System

Our registration system has changed, and as a result, both new and returning families to Sammamish Little League will be asked to create a TeamSnap account for yourself and your player when you go to register your child for a program.  Volunteers are also asked to register themselves in TeamSnap as well.

From registering online, to team schedules, to league and team communications, your player’s Sammamish Little League life is available to you through our password protected website 24 hours a day.

What Level Should You Register Your Child To Play?

Players are assigned to a level of play based on their league-age as defined by Little League, Inc. In each of the last two years, Little League, Inc. made changes to the League Age rules, so to avoid confusion, please refer to the Little League age guidelines here: Baseball | Softball.

Skills Evaluations For Majors Baseball And Softball Players (9-12 Year Old Players)

Teams at the competitive Majors levels are formed via a draft process, not the mutual buddy request system that is used for the instructional Minors levels. Skill evaluations will be held for Majors baseball players and for Majors softball players on Saturday, January 27th, 2024. Details for each are located on our FAQs page under Skill Evaluations. You will also receive an email from the Baseball and Softball Majors VPs with additional details.

Registration Tips For T-Ball And Minors Baseball And Softball Programs (5-8 Year Old Players)
  • Neighborhood Schools:When teams are formed, we try to create teams by neighborhoods as much as possible. We can’t guarantee every child will be placed on their neighborhood team, but we will try our best to avoid any athletes being placed on a team without others from their school and grade. Choosing your neighborhood school when you register will increase the likelihood your child is placed on a team with others from that school.

  • Buddy Requests:If you would like to request placement for your child on a team with a “buddy”, please coordinate with the other family. Not only does this make it easier for us, but it also helps prevent disappointments if there are several kids requesting to be buddies with the same kid. Requests for specific coaches will not be considered.

  • T-Ball:We have two T-Ball programs – a coed program and a girls-only program. Read about both programs on the T-Ball program page.

Sign-Up To Volunteer

Sammamish Little League is run entirely by volunteers. Did you know it required more than 50 volunteers not including coaches and team managers to run Sammamish Little League last year? There are many ways to volunteer: Coach, Assistant Coach, Umpire, Field Prep, Team Mom, etc. Learn about the many ways you can volunteer at our Volunteer Information page where there are also instructions for registering – and don’t forget to log your time if you work for one of the several companies that match volunteer hours with cash.
